Q: My iphone 4s is stuck in recovery mode, how do i fix this?

My iPhone 4s is stuck in recovery mode and i cant seem to get it out. ive connected it to itunes which starts the process but then my iphone goes on and off the process carrys on but then my phone turns off again and says conntect to itunes then itunes comes up with an error (4013)

before all this it wa saying nand error. ive had this problem before but managed to fix it..

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Same is happening to My Iphone 4s too. I have done everything written in here, but its not working
Pls help me out , Its almost 4 months , aim not using the phone and o help availabel on net also. Also the discussions in the community is not moving ahead. Pls help specialists
