I purchased a few songs from my wishlist, sent them to my email, I cannot reddem them! Help!

From what it sounds like, you sent yourself a gift, and you're encountering issues redeeming said gift? If that sounds right, first I would run through the steps in here to make sure the redemption process is going smoothly:

If you didn't receive the email to redeem, you can also try to resend the gift:
