Iphone 5S not syncing contacts & calendar.

New Iphone 5s is not syncing contacts or calendar with Office 365 (thru Icloud or Itunes). Both calendar & contacts did sync with previous Iphone 4. In the phone, Icloud settings are set to sync contacts & calnedar. When I go to Icloud.com, my contacts are the same as they were several days ago with the iphone 4 .... i.e. no new data is there. Help!
