Hello there! I have dropped my iPhone 4s into water, like fully taken into the water. So doing what I thought would be right, I put it into some rice, but after 10 hours of it being in rice, it won't do anything.. Please help!

So, as I said. I dropped my iPhone 4s into some water, fully sumerged (If I spelt that right?) And I quickly took it out, dried it off, and put it in some rice.

My mother head some type of sizzling coming from it (Keep in mind, my flashlight is on), So she figured it was heating up the water, and maybe trying to get it out. So. 10 hours later,(flashlight finally off..) we try putting the charger in, for 30 minutes, it won't turn on or anything. So I literally have NO idea what to do, and sadly I don't have the money to replace or fix this one. So somone PLEASE help! I will be very greatful.
