Can't update (Windows 7 64-bit)

My external drive letter changed after I installed a new device. I changed the iTunes Media folder location in Preferences-->Advanced. However, when attempting to update iTunes, I get a message stating that the previous drive is invalid. How can I link the update to my new drive letter?
