Feb 10, 2014 4:22 PM in response to userremovedby Rider11,>settings > personal hotspot (one of the first five in settings) then slide it to the on position. It will give you two options "turn on Bluetooth" and "wi-fi and USB" only and you should probably just use "Wi-Fi and USB only". It should also give you your hotspot password underneath which is needed to get into your hotspot unless you turn it off.
