Bluetooth problem - iPhone 4s iOS 7

Hello,

Since the last update iOS 7 I am unable to pair my Iphone 4S with any device.

I already restored but to no avail.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem ?

I've read this page, the concern is that it has worked before, and I have not changed my iPhone or devices.
