itunes full screen error (when playing movies and tv shows).

Whenever i play videos on my PC on itunes in full screen it randomly closes itself and takes me back to the main film section of my library during playback, usually after 2-3 minutes of playing. Is also occasionally happens when i'm playing videos in google chrome full screen. But never in Safari.

I'd appreciate any help
