If you mean that you want to use a different Apple ID, go here on your iPhone:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores
Tap the Apple ID and sign out, then sign back in using the Apple ID you wish. You can also change by tapping the Apple ID at the bottom of the screen in either the App Store or iTunes Store apps.

Please provide more details with respect to what you might want to change the account you access the App Store with.
The App Store uses your current Apple ID. If you want to change Apple IDs use the settings app to sign out from your old Apple ID and sign in to your new one.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID > sign out
Then sign in with the new Apple ID and password.
Keep in mind that all items purchased or downloaded using the old ID will always be connected to that old Apple ID. You will need that ID and password in order to update those apps.
