Q: The personal hotspot has disappeared off my phone?

Anyone have a similar problem with the personal hotspot disappearing from settings menu?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

Personal Hotspot is a carrier feature. If you restore the phone, it might take a while before it is available again.
Contact your carrier for more info and have a look at this article:
