I received a notification that an Ipod was detected, but could not be identified. I needed to unplug and if that didn't help, i had to uninstall and reinstall Itunes. i did all, but i keep receiving this message. Can u help me ?
I received a notification that an Ipod was detected, but could not be identified. I had to plug it out and try again. If it still didn't work, i needed to uninstall and reinstall Itunes. So i did (2 times) but still it doesnt work. And my Ipod can not be detected and sync.
Can u please let me know what i can do about this ?
