Feb 11, 2014 7:09 AM in response to Jay in WIby varjak paw,First, I'd suggest that you talk to your network support folks and see if perhaps they made a change to the routers/firewall that would block port 5900. Otherwise you may spend a lot of time spinning your wheels trying to fix a problem that's not yours.
If you're sure that the port is open between your admin system and the clients, then yes, you can reset this via the Kickstart command. The syntax will be something like:
sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/k ickstart -privs -ControlObserve
though I may not have that exactly correct. For more details, see this support article:
