Q: how to get IPhone4 (sim free) unlocked ?

I have old Iphone4 and had Verizon service..Trying to get unlocked to use it internationally ..but in vain so far.. I already restored it and cleaned .. but it still showing unlocked...

 

Verizon and Apple are throwing the ball in each other's court..I wish it should be easy and straight forward..

    The Verizon iPhone 4 is a CDMA only phone. It can't be used on any other carrier. Ever. There is no "unlocking" it. It does not contain a GSM radio. It's not a "world phone". You will not be able to use it outside of the Verizon coverage area even for roaming except in a very few markets in the Far East.
