Q: error code 1439 - what is it?

Hi!

When resetting iPod classic, error code 1439 is displayed. Does anybody knows what this means and how I can reset my iPod?

hi matt - i have follow the above link step by step with out success!!! please please help.....

i have tried every thing on the support page one by one, but i continue to get the same message - it would help if i know what code 1439 is? i have been trying to resolve for two days now it is starting to drive me insane, - i can update and load the ipod on an older itunes version but not since chancing to the red icon..... i can't get the older itunes version on this newer lap top - pleeeeeease advise.............
