FcpX preferences and destinations

I can't get my final cut preferences to open and when I finally do get them to open the destinations tab is completely un-clickable and blank. I can't export anything. HELP!

Final Cut Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

I see you're running Mavericks. What version is your copy of FCPX?
