Q: iPhone 5 64GB Won't Restore, Stuck in DFU mode, error 4013

hi, my iphone 5 is stuck in dfu mode, says connect to itunes, it does get recognised by itunes and when i tried to restore it, it comes up with error 4013...i have tried everything and im not about to go to apple and give them an extra $200 or something for their mistake. i have on it ios 7.0.4...i am pretty sure....i have tried all the button tricks holding them both down and such... any answers? (also i have a mac if that makes a difference)
