Q: Help! I'm trying to set up my Airport Express. I keep getting "another device is on your IP address" what do I do

Installing Airport Express I keep getting "another device is on your IP address".  How do I solve this.

    It sounds like you may have more than one router on your current network that is providing DHCP service.

     

    Is the new AirPort Express your only router? That is, is it connected directly to an Internemt modem and not to another router. Regardless, what is the make & model of your Internet modem?
