Q: My computer says that my iPod touch 4thG is not responding when I try to copy photos onto it?

My Windows 7 computer says that my iPod isn't responding when I try to transfer photos from my computer onto the iPod. It says it is vharging and it shows up under 'my computer'.

iTunes: Unable to sync photos
Next
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reboot the computer
- Try another USB port and cable
