You can delete from FaceTime or Contacts. Tap the persons name. Tap edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the person's info. Tap delete contact.

how do i delete a facetime address of someone who was using myemail to set up facetine till they were able to get there own email? because their calls still come threw to my ipad and i can not seem to get this to stop even though she has changed the apple id and email on her facetime now

Is there any chance the people your friend gave your email to haven't changed your friend's email address ?
