Q: my card wont take my code

hit here i just go my itunes card and it wot work its saying its has not been activated propery can u please help thanks amy

    You will need to follow the instructions on the HT6021 page that you posted from and contact iTunes Support, these are user-to-user forums.

     

    Contact iTunes Store Support

    If you can't read the code or are still having issues redeeming your gift card, contact iTunes Support:

    1. Go to the iTunes Store support page and choose your country.
    2. From the menu on the left, choose Contact Support.
    3. Click Contact iTunes Store Support.
    4. Follow the instructions.

    iTunes Store Support may ask you to send these things:

    • Image of the front and back of your gift card
    • Sales receipt showing when your card was purchased
    • Serial number from your gift card
