Q: I have itunes on a pc computer and my itunes want open it keep saying MSVCR80.dll is missing and redownload itunes which i did a couple time and that did not help

Try the following user tip:

Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates

Fo the reinstall, use a fresh copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website. (Delete any versions of the installer file that you currently have in your downloads areas.)
