Bettery still down after charge! Then it shut down can't switch on!

Since yesterday, I charge my phone and it sudden drop of bettary to 1% and can use a long time. Then it change to 10%. Then sudden drop back to 1%!

Later, I try to re-start it wouldn't start anymore. Now, when I try to start it show on the screen need to charge! What happen?
