What to do if you need a new battery and wifi chip for iPhone 4S

I brought my IPhone 4S last year when I was in Brisbane from Dicks smith and i lost the receipt. My phone is starting to play up now the battery runs out in an hour and the wifi doesn't turn on it's greyed out. I live in New Zealand now so where do I send my phone to get fixed ? And how Much will it cost me ?
