this computer is not authorised to play

I'm getting 'This computer is not authorised to play...' messages. I've seen the response that the files may be corrupt, and they are. So I want to re-download them. However my account says 'Purchased' and doesn't give a re-download option. How do I re-download something already purchased?

Windows 8, itunes

Assuming that you are in a country where music can be redownloaded, then do they have a cloud symbol against them under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage ? If not then do you still have those songs listed in the Music part of your iTunes library - if you do then deleting them from there should give you the cloud symbol against them in Purchased for redownloading.
