Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

Hi,

I have an apple developer account, i was trying to login iTunes connect but i was getting below error

Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

actually i need to submit apps to iOS app store, any one has faced this problem?

what is the solution for this?
