Q: Trying to get card info in order to redeem since code is illegible. Can never get through Apple Support. Very frustrated

How do I get service other than the online support for gift card issues since the support always appears that they are I able to assist at this time?

The only way is through the iTunes Support site : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side ofde the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt). You've tried a different browser in case it's a problem with the one that you are using ?

Thank you but I have tried multiple times and keep getting the same error message of can't continue at this time try back in a few minutes or start over

You've tried clearing your browser's cache, closed and re-opened it, and/or tried a different browser ?
