It sounds like your Apple ID has been disabled due to too many unsuccessful attempts to log in with it. This article will help you regain the ability to log in again:
Apple ID: 'This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons' alert appears

Reset your account password
If your account was disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (iforgot.apple.com) to reset your account and restore access to the disabled services. You can also click the Reset Password or Forgot Password button in the alert message.
If you are an iCloud user, be sure to type your full email address when you're asked to enter your Apple ID. For example, username@me.com, username@mac.com, or username@icloud.com.
