i need help and i'm sick of asking to fix my game, i am not starting over so fix it

This is a user forum. We are users just like yourself.

If the game is not functioning properly, you should contact the game developer.

How are you trying to unlock the level, via an IAP or in-game play ? If in in-game play then have you tried contacting the developer ? If a game isn't working as designed then only the developer can fix it.

That souunds like a problem with the game.

As I said, you should try conacting the developer of the game.
