Ibook G3 running 10.3.9 transfer to a Macbook running 10.7.5.

I have an old Ibook G3 running 10.3.9 and would like to transfer its files to a Macbook running 10.7.5. I have one Apple cable that looks like a USB on one side and a phone charger on the other. I'd also be willing to do it wirelessly if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
