Intermittent- Airport Extreme Stops Working

So anywhere between 3 days and 3 weeks, my Airport Extreme would just stop working. The green light is on, but it's no longer broadcasting the SSID (no wireless), and my hardwired ethernet has no IP. When in this state, Airport Utility does not find it either. I need to actually unplug the airport extreme to get all the services back up. Just getting to be a hassle. Shouldn't it just work? I have hard reset it, and still the same issue. My WPA2 password is complex, but that should not impact the ethernet connection..

It just looks like the airport extreme "hangs".. Any thoughts or suggestions?
