I am trying to delete some pictures off My IPOD Nano 7th generation. When I plug it in it is telling me it is deyectected but could not be identified properly. to unplug it and plug it back in. If that doesn't work to uninstall ITunes and install it again. I have also tried this. Am I doing something wrong??
