I am using i phone 5 ios7 mobile network signal show wrong.

hi im using i phone 5 ios 7.i got a defferent problem as celular network shows wrong. i mean insted of one mobile network it shows defferent.i reset network and i did network selection manually it couldnt change.some time call failed and no massages recieved getting so many prob.is anybuddy knows the solution?could u plz
