how do you downgrade storage plan?
My grandson upgraded my storage plan which cost $20.00, but I don't need this.

If the upgrade was purchased in the last 15 days, you can contact the Apple online store at the number shown at the bottom of this page for a refund (1800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada).
