My Iphone will charge when I plug it in but will not sync to itune. I use a Viao laptop with windows 8. It will show up on my computer as Apple iphone instead of the name of my phone (Isabella's Iphone). It will also sync when I plug it in to my dad's computer. I have the newest verison of itunes and have updated my iphone to the newest verison of IOS. Have tried everything and don't know what do to. PLEASE HELP!!!!
