Q: my itunes has lost most of its music, playlists are all mixed up. There are songs and artists that do not exist anymore, yet, if i go to the store and search, it shows as purchased. Anybody can help?

so i am asking, where is the music i purchased??? all my playlists have song that do nt belong to them, and one playlist literally had no songs!! my itunes on tablet or computer shows the same. i hope am not the only one, maybe some of the apple servers are down?

Check to see if, in iTunes Preferences, Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases is check to show your purchases. If you recently updated iTunes, you may need to revert to a previous version of your iTunes Library.

i solved the issue with customer support. for some reasons all my purchases had been deleted!! i porovided the receiots and they were reinstated. still not sure how something like this can happen!
