Hotel wifi

I can't seem to connect to the hotel wifi. I put in the password and it says that I'm connected but atv 2 can't bring up the extra website to the terms and conditions connection site. So I can't get any internet access! I tried calling the hotels provider and they said to call apple support which led me to here...so freaking annoying!
