The support document that you linked to the forum from is in regards to Activation lock. Did you try to restore your phone and it is asking for an Apple ID and passcode that you are not familiar with?
You need to describe your problem with some detail, as you have provided nothing for anyone to try and diagnose the problem and offer a solution.
