I dropped my iPhone 4 in the bath!!!!

It was only in there a for a second I got it out dried it as best I could, I sucked the water out of the port holes and it was working. But I didn't turn it off straight away and when I got out of the bath a minute later the screen is on but black :/ I have no ziplock bags but I put it in a container with rice and it is now in the bottom of my cupboard :((( please help me of what I should Do??
