I can't open Finder in Mavericks

I can't open my Finder in Mavericks, and when I try to, my account is logging out, what can I do?

when I try the force quit, it logs out too.
I think I can't do a clean install, because the time machine doesn't work, and I don't have a recent backup.

Help me please!

Thanks

Well, that's the problem, I tried to make a back-up (I did try for more then 10 times) and it got stuck after a few MB, again and again

.

I didn't do anything yet, because I can't make a back-up.

I have an iMac 27 inch from mid 2011, RAM 12GB, HDD 1TB, 2.7 GHz intel core i5.

The mac was upgraded from 10.7 to 10.9, when the upgrade was available.

The first thing I'd recommend you do is open Disk Utility and Repair Disk Permissions on your internal HD and also the EHD you intend to use a the TM backup. Report back with the results, however before running please carefully look over:
