Strange cursor square.

Hi

Really hope someone can help, after opening and sending an email my cursor developed a strange cursor issue. A square about an inch in size has developed and wont go away - please view image to see what I mean.

Machine wont reboot in normal mode but will boot in Safe mode. I have ran a disk utility and the problem still won't go away - any advice folks?

I have a couple suggestions for you that should help you troubleshoot this issue a little further. First, try using this article to help you reset your PRAM on your computer:
