Q: Can I redeem an iTunes gift card, purchased in Ireland, in the UK?

Hi there,

I got a present of an iTunes gift card for Christmas in Ireland, but my iTunes account is registered in the UK... is there anyway I can redeem the gift card in the UK? If so, how?

    You can't, all iTunes gift cards are country-specific - you will need to be in Ireland with an Irish billing address on your account to be able to redeem it. Do you know anybody in Ireland (apart from the person that gave the card to you) that you could sell or give the card to ?
