Why is it Voicemail Greetings is SO slow at opening?

Apple please, please IF you can speed it up a bit on the next update. Whenever I changed my Voicemail greeting and record a new one, AND after hitting save, it TAKES FOREVER to save the new recorded greeting. Why it that? Does it have to do with my Verizon service?

Sometimes the new recorded greeting does not even save, it says FAIL some-of-the-time. Sometimes it says SAVED, but kept the old greeting. Anyone? No one....????...... with any idea or fixes?

Otherwise, my iPhone 5s is near perfect and I'm lovin' it.
