Wifi Button greyed out.

Guys, i have a problem with my iPhone 4. The wifi button greyed out. My software is updated and I did already the Reset All Settings thing but still the problem persists. I made a restore also via iTunes but there was no changes. I have notice in the settings (General/About/Wifi Address) it states "N/A". Can anyone please help me? Thank you.
