What do I have to do to get a refund on a movie rental that did not download properly?

I rented The Butler to view on my plane ride home and could not view it. The title was grayed out. When I got home, I could see the title but the time period for viewing had expired.

Please respond as to how I can get my money back. mmoral

You can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
