My iphone5 is really working slow . BORING !!!

It takes about 20-30 min to boot if i turn it of . and sometimes it freezes after is turned on . i tried to restart , restore it but still the same problem . Help me !!!

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4, 64 Gb
