What do i do if the 'also delete this song from iCloud' doesn't appear?

How to delete music from Icloud? I want my entire music library deleted... how do I do that? I have deleted the music library on itunes and deleted off my cell... but still the music list is on my phone with a little cloud beside... I just want them all off. I don't know how. and I don't use Itunes match.
