Iwork for all devices?
If I purchase pages, numbers, and keynote for my macbook pro, will I also get them on my iphone and ipad without having to pay for them on each of my devices?

No, unless the iOS version would normally be free. The developers need to create the Mac OS X and iOS versions of a product separately and may choose to charge for both.
