Q: how to stop children from using wifi after time restrictions with carrier set

I have set phone restrictions on my childrens phones but they are still able to stay connected via WiFi on instagram etc. are there no time restrictions with Apple to apply?

You may be able to place time restrictions on WiFi usage by MAC address in your WiFi router. Check the router documentation.
