IPAD TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING, why ?

Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

THANKS FOR THIS TIP. I JUST SAVED MONEY FROM APPLE $29 TO TROUBLESHOOT AND $89 FROM AUTHORIZED APPLE RETAILER. MY IPAD IS NOW FIXED. Awesome!!!
