Windows on second interanal HD

Hi Everybody,

I'm attempting to install Windows 7 to my MacBook pro (early 2008), with a second harddrive residing where the superdrive once was. The boot camp assistant doesn't seem to offer the second internal drive as an option to install Windows on, so I'm sort of at a loss here on how to go this working. I'd like to try and install Windows on a partition on my secondary hdd, not partition my primary.

I'm using a bootable USB-stick with Windows on it, generated with "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool".
